How to Use Our Respiratory Compound:
1. Boil the water and let it cool slightly, to about 200°F (93°C).
2. Place 1 teaspoon of our Respiratory Compound herbal blend in a teapot or tea infuser.
3. Pour the hot water over the herbs. Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes to allow the herbs to release their beneficial properties.
4. Strain the tea into your favorite mug. Sweeten with melipona honey or agave
