This unprocessed, ocean to table Dry Purple Chondrus Crispus allows you to embrace its natural specs, just as they are found in their pristine underwater habitat. 

Steps for Preparing Dry Sea Moss:

1. Rehydration: Begin by placing your Dry Sea Moss in a glass or stainless steal bowl and submerging it with spring water. Allow it to sit and rehydrate for about 10-20 minutes
This initial rehydration process softens the Sea Moss and prepares it for the next steps.
2. Cleaning: Start by thoroughly cleaning the sea moss, removing any sand or debris. Wash it at least twice until the water runs clear 
 4. Blending: Transfer the clean, chopped sea moss to a blender, add spring water (just enough to reach the top of the moss, equal to the amount of moss), and blend thoroughly until smooth and gel-like
5. Refrigeration: Store the blended Sea Moss in the refrigerator overnight. During this time, it will naturally transform into a gel-like texture. 

We recommend to take 2 scoops a day as a daily supplement !
