Steps for Preparing Dry Sea Moss:
1. Rehydration: Begin by placing your Dry Sea Moss in a glass or stainless steal bowl and submerging it with spring water. Allow it to sit and rehydrate for about 10-20 minutes
This initial rehydration process softens the Sea Moss and prepares it for the next steps.
2. Cleaning: Start by thoroughly cleaning it. Remove any sand, seaweed, debris that may be present. 
3. Boiling: Transfer the clean Sea Moss to a pot and bring it to a gentle boil for about 10 minutes. This process softens the Sea Moss and makes it easier to blend.
4. Blending: Once boiled, strain the Sea Moss and transfer it to a blender. Blend it thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, gel-like consistency.
5. Refrigeration: Store the blended Sea Moss in the refrigerator overnight. During this time, it will naturally transform into a gel-like texture. 

We recommend to take 2 scoops a day as a daily supplement !
